Admission to ICSP2022
In order to start registration process for ICSP2022, as a first step you should submit application HERE.
Applications are being accepted and reviewed on a rolling admission basis, as long as space is available. Admission decisions are made within 7 work days, after the application has been submitted. Admitted applicants are notified by email and are asked to confirm their position and complete registration in order to secure a spot in the conference.
Participants and presenters are carefully selected based on their merit as well as professional and personal background in order to ensure that different perspectives are represented in a safe, culturally and professionally diverse environment.
Due to limited space in the conference and competitive admission process, we strongly encourage early applications in order to secure a spot.
NOTE: At this moment all participants are registered at the base admission fee that covers admission for virtual attendance of the event. Those who want to attend the conference in-person will be able to pre-register for in-person attendance, once international travels to Thailand officially resume. Those who are attending virtually only will still have access to all sessions, as the entire conference program will be streamed and available on the virtual conference platform as well, for an extended period of time, including space for discussions and networking opportunities.

* Full time students attending the conference as observers only. Proof of full time student status will be required.
** Should the conditions allow for in-person attendance, registered participants will be offered a possibility to physically attend the conference and register at the additional supplementary fee for in-person attendance, that will cover onsite logistics, meals, snacks and coffee breaks throughout the event, conference kit and materials, and hard copy of the certificate.

Registration fee includes (virtual attendance):
- Conference brochure in a digital format
- Invoice of the registration fee
- Admission to all virtual conference sessions
- Access to all sessions, discussions and networking opportunities for 3 moths after following the Conference
- Review of the paper and its publication in the official conference proceedings (for authors)
- Presentation of accepted paper in a virtual format either as a video or digital poster presentation (for authors)
- Copy of the conference proceedings
- Certificate of attendance (and certificate of presented paper for presenters)
In-person attendance
In addition to all of the above included in the virtual attendance registration, in-person attendees will receive:
- Conference kit: conference bag, name tag, printed conference program and brochure, notepad, pen
- Admission to all in-person sessions
- Snacks, coffee and lunch breaks throughout the conference
- Networking event
- Hard copy of the certificate
Cancellation policy
If cancellation is made before October 15th 2021 the full payment minus transfer charges will be refunded. October 16th 2021 - January 15th 2022 - 50% of the fees will be refunded. No refunds will be given after 16th of January 2022.
