Admission to ICSP2025
We invite scholars, practitioners, and enthusiasts in the fields of spirituality, psychology, and mental health to join us at the 10th International Conference on Spirituality and Psychology (ICSP2025). This conference offers a unique opportunity to engage in discussions on mental health, psychological well-being, and the intersection of spirituality and psychology.
Registration process:
- Application Submission: Complete the application form. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and decisions are communicated within seven working days.
- Confirmation and Payment: Upon acceptance, confirm your participation and proceed with the registration fee payment to secure your spot.

Registration fees
* We cannot guarantee the availability of spots for onsite registration. Onsite registration is subject to availability of spots and is offered to observers only, on first-come first-served basis. Presenters are required to complete their registration and secure spots in advance. After 15th of January 2025, presenters may register only for poster presentations, if space is available.
** Presenters who do not physically attend the conference may opt for either poster, pre-recorded video or live streamed presentation. Remote presenters may upgrade to in-person attendance up to 2 months prior to a start of the program, at the latest. Subject to availability of spots.
*** If more co-authors of the same paper/ presentation register for attending the conference, one must register at full admission fee.
**** Full time students attending the conference as observers only. Proof of full time student status will be required.

Registration fee includes:
- Conference brochure in a digital format
- Conference kit: conference bag, hard copy of the conference program, notebook, pen, conference name tag and gift (for in-person attendees)
- Invoice of the registration fee
- Admission to all conference sessions (for in-person attendees)
- Snacks, coffee and lunch breaks throughout the conference (for in-person attendees)
- Review of the paper and its publication in the official conference proceedings (for authors)
- Presentation of accepted paper/ presentation or workshop
- Copy of the conference proceedings
- E-Certificate of attendance (hard copy of the certificate for for in-person attendees)
Cancellation policy
If cancellation is made before October 15th 2024 the full payment minus non refundable deposit and transfer charges will be refunded. October 16th 2024 - December 15th 2024 - 50% of the fees will be refunded. No refunds will be given after 16th of December 2024.
