10th International Conference on Spirituality and Psychology [ICSP2025] is looking for Scientific Committee members willing to take part in the selection process of papers to be published and presented at the conference. Selected members will be offered:

• Waiver of registration fee for attending the conference
• Acknowledgement in all conference documents as a member of the Scientific Committee, including the website, conference brochure and publication of the conference proceedings
• Copy of the conference proceedings publication and the conference kit
• Time slot for presenting a paper if they wish to do so
• Certificate of recognition for serving as a ICSP2025 Scientific Committee member

The role of a Committee member comprises of:

• Abstract reviewing

Review up to 10 abstracts and for each of them provide recommendations for acceptance/ rejection, based on the relevance to the conference themes, as well as possible suggestions for further clarification or focus on further research.

• Full Paper Refereeing

Referee the initial and the revised versions of up to 5 full papers. For each of them, provide, as necessary: suggestions for revision, motives for rejection, or recommendations for Acceptance. What is expected here is not only copy editing (correcting spelling, grammar, word usage, etc.), but also and overall content assessment (Is there a clear statement of the research question? Is the research method or approach relevant? Was it properly executed? Are there mistakes, unclarities, lacks or problems? Are the results consistent with the research design? ...). 

In addition, we expect from Scientific Committee members to actively promote the conference within their networks.

Requirements:

• Experience as an educational researcher
• Experience as a referee
• Familiarity with various areas related to spirituality and/ or psychology
• Excellent command in English language 
• Good command in the use of  Word, especially the Track Changes mode and the Insert Comment function of Word
• Availability to perform the reviews within the above mentioned periods of time.
