Group discount of 10% on the base admission fee is available for groups of more than 3 participants from the same organization. Accommodation of groups of 3+ participants depends on availability of spots and approval of the conference committee. For group application, please contact us.
Application Process:

- Presenter / Co-Presenter: Share your research or insights with an international audience.
- Attendee / Student Attendee: Engage in sessions and network with professionals in the field.
- Complete the Relevant Application Form:
- For presenters: Apply as a Presenter
- For attendees: Register as an Attendee
- Submit Your Application:
- Applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling admission basis as long as space is available.
- Admission decisions are made within 7 days after the application has been submitted.
